Part-time P.M. Flex Clerks have the unique opportunity to learn about and participate in multiple departments! Flex Clerks generally have a balance between cashiering and working in the grocery and produce departments. They provide excellent, professional customer service. They stock and rotate grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk items. They build and maintain produce displays and rotate back stock and sales floor product. Flex clerks may also assist other departments, such as the Deli.
Dishwashers wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and various other food preparation equipment used in the deli. They ensure department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met. They provide excellent, professional customer service.
P.M. Deli Service Counter & Dishwashers (Deli Helper Clerks) provide excellent customer service at the deli counter and other deli stations including dishwashing. They perform basic food prep, package deli items and clean in the deli area.
P.M. Grocery Clerks assist in grocery department operations, including training and guidance of grocery staff, ordering, productivity, and inventory as assigned by Grocery Coordinator and Grocery Lead.
Cashiers provide excellent, professional customer service while accurately and efficiently processing orders and payments at the register. They promote PCC membership and programs.
Produce Helper Clerks provide excellent, professional customer service. They build and maintain produce displays and rotate back stock and sales floor product. They unload and organize incoming orders.
Overnight Baker/Cooks produce baked goods and prepared foods overnight, in accordance with PCC recipes for the bakery case, deli case, hot bar, soup bar and other deli stations. They provide excellent customer service when needed.

PCC Cooking Camp Instructors lead PCC Kids’ Camp attendees through a variety of sweet and savory recipes, imparting culinary education throughout the process.
Camp Instructors are responsible for executing classes from start to finish, providing a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Our Cooking Camps start June 24, 2024, running through the end of August. Instructors must be able to travel to at least 3 PCC store locations. (See Below)
PCC Cooking Class Assistants aid and supervise PCC Cooking Classes Kids’ Camp attendees. During classes, they provide excellent, professional customer service to both external and internal customers.
They provide support to the instructor, including classroom set-up, food prep, serving samples, washing dishes, and clean up.
The Kitchen Manager (Production Specialist) oversees Deli kitchen operations including production cooking, food cost analysis, recipe development and ordering. They provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service. They participate in production cooking and participate in department planning including budgeting and product mix.

Pizza Deli Helper Clerks provide excellent, professional customer service at the pizza station and other deli stations as needed. They perform pizza preparation and production, including fulfilling special orders.
Deli Helper Clerks provide excellent customer service at the deli counter and other deli stations. They perform basic food prep, package deli items and clean in the deli area.
Night Crew Clerks stock, face and rotate all grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products. They unload incoming pallets of nightly deliveries. They maintain organization of back stock. When assigned, they place orders for Grocery Department items.
