Overnight Cook

Full Time, 32-40 hours/week
$15.00+/hour, depending on experience + night differential


  • Produces prepared deli items and baked goods in accordance with PCC recipes
  • Responsible for quality control to ensure consistently high quality product
  • Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Follows department safe food handling procedures
  • Follows department merchandising standards and procedures
  • Performs packaging duties
  • May be in charge of production tasks
  • May oversee other kitchen staff as assigned
  • Participates in recipe development and recipe costing
  • May perform ordering responsibilities


  • Available to work the overnight shift, including weekends
  • At least 2+ years previous production cooking experience required
  • Able to work in a fast pace kitchen environment
  • Familiarity with specialty and prepared foods
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
